From animation to a video file
GIF to MP4 produces a video for editing or delivery; it does not export a GIF. Use the Video tab of the export panel, not Motion Graphics as a substitute for selecting MP4.
Convert
Convert an animated GIF to MP4: upload the local GIF to the media library, drag it to the timeline and optionally trim it, then click Export and choose MP4 in the Video tab. Check animation and duration; player looping behavior is not the same as encoded file content.

STEP 01
Sign in to Aixcut, upload your local GIF file to the media library and check playback. Use only media you own or are authorized to process.
STEP 02
Drag the media from the media library to the timeline. Trim unwanted sections if needed, keeping only the content to export; otherwise keep the full clip.
STEP 03
Click Export, select the Video tab in the export panel, choose MP4, then adjust the available resolution, frame-rate and encoding settings for your destination.
STEP 04
Export and save the file, check duration and picture or sound against the selected timeline content, then test in the destination player. Keep the original.

Confirm that the GIF animates on the timeline and optionally trim unwanted sections. Check boundaries, duration and picture after export. Whether the MP4 loops is controlled by the player or publishing platform.
GIF has no audio track. Converting it to MP4 does not create original sound or restore colors and detail absent from the source. Output size depends on duration and settings; it is not guaranteed to be smaller.

Not necessarily. Check the exported duration and playback settings in the destination player or platform. Automatic looping is not guaranteed by conversion.
GIF has no original audio track; conversion does not automatically create sound.
